This role, under the direction of the HR Manager, will evolve and build HR processes for our unique teams by proactively partnering on performance management, employee relations and streamlining standard operating procedures. This HR practicioner will have the ability to transalte working groups people needs and align HR supoort to help each team they support accomplish thier goals. 9dot looks for individuals who can think strategically as well as roll up their sleeves and dive deep into practical application. This role will require the ability to establish HR priorities and operating mechanisms to drive change. You must be able to interface with leaders at all levels through excellent communication skills, data driven analytical thinking and ability to perform in a fast paced, rigorous and ambiguous environment.
