The Human Resources Supervisor will be the forwarding facing HR Leader for our clients. This position will be responsible for fostering a business partner relationship with cleints and assisting them with employee relations, benefits, HR Startegic Projects, LOA's. The successful person acts as a champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR related needs, seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position will be responsible for formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
