    General Summary:  

    As a Construction Project Manager you will manage our project division. You will be responsible for fulfilling the administrative duties of projects including, providing field oversight and assistance, preparing estimates, marketing the company and creating a customized schedule  The  Project Manager  must be a very dedicated professional who takes ownership of your responsibilities and goes over and beyond to exceed goals for customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates are able to influence others and create a team-oriented environment. You must be able to manage multiple projects while being innovative and creative in challenging situations.


    Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Negotiating contracts for owners and subcontractors
    • Completing a job start-up summary to be recorded into the accounting system
    • Qualifying and contacting subcontractors to bid specific trade items
    • Setting date for subcontractors to submit bids
    • Creating project budgets and budget adjustments
    • Developing RFI’s and schedules
    • Managing multiple projects
    • Scheduling appointments to inspect site
    • Inspecting sites by taking notes, videos, take-offs and photographs



    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Experience working with building inspectors, homeowners and general contractors
    • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
    • Strong analytical skills in evaluating situations
    • Ability to receive, comprehend and communicate information and ideas clearly
    • Excellent computer skills, including MS-Excel, Word and Outlook



    Education and Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in construction management
    • Bachelors in Construction Management preferred
